4. Firefox and ie is not working, but there is a ping, help what can I do?

I had a hard struggle with getting the browsers to work again. my steam worked, but it was almost as if my signal was lowering. Some of the fixes:

• Try run, then type cmd. Wait for the screen and type ipconfig /flusdns

2.You can try "netsh winsock reset catalog" in the command screen.
   Try the command netsh int ip reset reset
3. If the commands at the top did not work, try going to run, the msconfig.

    I had a program installed that wanted me to disable fast user switching, so go to the services panel. It is part    of a microsoft service, I think, so make sure that the "hide" for the microsoft services is off. Go to the list, then the "program" that starts with fast user switching... Click the tick next to it. Also try going to IPSEC Services, and again, click tick next to it. Click apply and the Ok command.
